I've ordered a number of yarns from Michael and have been impressed by his prompt service, his willingness to answer questions, the quality of his yarn (I'm currently happily weaving some of his undyed 20/2 silk), and quick turnaround of orders. Michael has gone out of his way when I needed some 3/2 cotton in a color that's been discontinued - through his network he found it for me! This was a totally unnecessary act on his part; he could have just said, "Nope, don't have any," but he didn't - he contacted weavers and shops and I now have a pound of the needed cotton! So thank you, Michael: You're a pleasure to do business with.

Michael responded to my late-night email within just a few hours and the 20-pounds of weaving yarn I had ordered arrived at my door just a few days later! I have yet to find such high-quality yarn at a comparable price anywhere! The most difficult part of the ordering process was making a decision on what colors I wanted--yes, there are that many!! I love your site, it's clear and not difficult to navigate. I'm not a big fan of bells and whistles. Only one suggestion. I'd love it if the links of the yarns and fibers opened to larger pics.
